Job Description
At Wisetack, we’re building financially responsible consumer lending products that help service-based businesses thrive.
Wisetack is a well-funded ~100-person startup founded in 2018 by a team of experienced fintech veterans, with a leadership team that comes from PayPal, LinkedIn, Lending Club, Affirm, Amazon, and other top companies. We’re backed by leading VCs, including Insight Partners, Greylock, and Bain Capital Ventures, (investors in Airbnb, LinkedIn, Instagram, Dropbox, and many more).
We raised a $45M Series B last year and since then, we've invested in our people and technology and signed a slew of new partnerships. This is a fun stage in any company's lifecycle where we've got the core foundation built, a healthy growth rate, and a clear path to success, but you'd still be joining early enough to help shape the future of the company.
Most recently, we’ve been recognized as the Best Consumer Lending Solution by Finovate Awards. Business Insider called us one of the 70 most promising startups changing the world of finance, and LendIt selected us as this year's winner in the Best Emerging Lending Platform category for their Fintech Industry Awards. The external recognition is great, but we're equally — if not more — happy with the recognition from our customers. Our current NPS rating is a sky-high 78 (industry average hovers around the 40s or 50s, depending on who you ask). We're proud that we're building a product that customers love as well as being recognized as a Great Place to Work by our team members.- Act as owner of the partnerships you own, where each partnership contributes meaningful revenue to the business.
- Collaborate with partner leads to optimize resources and maximize potential across all partner relationships
- Manage a portfolio of partners to foster long-term business relationships and ensure partners get live with Wisetack quickly and effectively.
- Project-manage the integration and go-live process for new partners -- great for someone who is product-minded, with support from more technical team members as-needed.
- As product manager and business owner of your partnerships, you’ll guide their technical teams through the integration, optimizing them to drive loan volume for Wisetack, and provide compelling business results for partners.
- Providing periodic reporting on metrics, and providing guidance on best-practices to help drive revenue growth.
- Occasional analysis and reporting of existing programs to deliver measurable ROI and drive further adoption of new features.
- Monitor customer health to track usage and overall customers satisfaction.
- Synthesize insights and feedback from partners to advocate and collaborate with development, product management, and support teams to improve the Wisetack offering for our partners.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in customer success, partnerships, product management, management consulting, or investment banking (level will be calibrated to the candidate)
- Experience with financial technology is a plus.
- This person should have cross-functional experience and feel comfortable requesting support, leading internal and external meetings, constantly thinking about growing top line revenue and improving ROI with a partner.
- If you meet some of the criteria but not all, we encourage you to apply. As an early stage company, we have some flexibility and will shape the role to the right candidate.
