About the role:

The Strategic Partnerships team at Enova SMB works with key accounts for our Direct sales team. As an Account Manager, you will help manage relationships with our existing partners, while also helping to onboard new partners. This position requires creative thinking, resilience, and the ability to think strategically about how to grow our relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of existing partners and maintain continued engagement with your contacts
• Build, manage and drive accountability through effective project planning and project management
• Coordinate cross functional teams for partner delivery and troubleshooting
• Coordinate and build daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to partners
• Assist Account Director with quarterly business reviews, presentations, and other partner communication opportunities
• Work cross functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for partner growth and launch any new initiatives
• Work with partners and internal teams to enhance technology and integrations to improve the customer and partner experience

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 3+ years of partner management experience
• You are self-motivated, driven to work hard in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational/time management skills to ensure follow up with all partners
• Experience in professional relationship building and negotiation skills
• Able to effectively communicate in both in writing and verbally, as well as cross functionally
• Proficient in Google platforms - Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Slides, and more
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
