Requirements

About the role

  • We are hiring for an exciting entry level partnership coordinator position within Rokt’s Channel Partnerships team. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about uncovering insights on what strategies drive the best return for the business. In this role, you will be central to expanding our presence in-market by providing support to our top tier Channel Partners, from clients to agencies and tech partners, with the goal of driving revenue growth for the Rokt business.
  • As a Partnerships Coordinator at Rokt, you will work closely with Channel Managers to support key Channel Partners by utilizing research and leveraging your understanding of their business to identify opportunities where Rokt can add value. On this high-growth team, you will be measured by opportunity generation and will have the flexibility to work across a variety of verticals and sales/partnership opportunities. Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives including but not limited to: day-to-day management of Channel Partners, interpreting data and making strategic decisions, guiding process enforcement and tracking commitment deadlines across Channel Partners
  • Conduct detailed research and draw insights on key verticals/brands that Rokt Channel Partners are working with to identify business opportunities in market
  • Manage scheduling and business operations as it relates to the Channel Partnerships team
  • Track key Channel Sales metrics to uncover insights that guide strategy
  • Develop relevant client-facing proposals with the support of cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure timely distribution of educational content and identify opportunities for new materials
  • Provide monthly sales and commission reporting to Partners
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams as necessary to provide excellent customer service to our Channel Partners

Capabilities & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year relevant prior experience be it by way of permanent, casual or internship role (digital experience preferred but not required)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Hubspot (not required but viewed favorably)

Compensation: $77,500 - $100,000/year + equity + (great) benefits!
