Strategic Partnerships Director

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to help us develop and strengthen relationships with new key partners and lead sales for new and existing channels. You’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategies and exploring new go-to-market opportunities. You’ll be a leader within our Partnerships team and will report directly into the COO.

Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Leading business development for potential, new and emerging, and existing channels
2. Strategizing how to approach partners and designing agreements that are mutually beneficial
3. Forming and maintaining long-term, entrenched relationships with partners by attending conferences, taking networking calls, and performing cold outreach
4. Partnering with our existing internal teams to create a seamless transition from sales to account management

Salary range: $151,625 - $218,500

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

• You have 7-10+ years experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or sales. Experience working with payers is a plus!
• You have strong sales or business development skills; you are creative, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action
• You have a good understanding of the mental healthcare landscape and/or are willing to learn
• You can collaborate cross-functionally with account management and operations teams
• You live in or can commute to the NYC area
