What you’ll be doing

Ensure the overall success of several critical commercial partnerships by acting as the consistent point of contact for partners throughout the lifecycle of engagement jointly outlining the goals milestones and commercial details of the relationships anticipating any major blockers to achieve the desired outcome and actively working toward resolution.

Collaborate with Sales and Legal to propose and negotiate business agreements with partners to reach mutually agreed upon terms that are exciting to both the partners and Inworld.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering and Production to ensure successful execution of joint projects and initiatives with partners.

Proactively seek out upsell/expansion opportunities related to the partnerships by maintaining a deep and current knowledge of the partnership details and goals regularly seeking opportunities to deepen relationships.

Help define our Partnership strategy evaluating mutually-beneficial opportunities to drive revenue expand our product offering and increase our customer base through partnership with technology partners channel partners resellers and customers.

Empathize with the partner experience prioritizing trustworthiness reliability and consistency in all engagements with the partner to assure their experience engaging with Inworld is world-class.

Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities improving our positioning and competitive differentiation in the market.

Represent Inworld at industry events conferences and other networking opportunities.
What you’ll bring
-
Passion for AI gaming and all things interactive.

4-6 years of experience in partner and/or customer relationship management at a B2B SaaS business that sells a technical product.

Track record of successfully establishing and growing enterprise partnerships that deliver revenue growth or product expansion.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders customers and partners.

Ability to create clarity for partners and stakeholders show empathy for the customer experience and facilitate collaboration between parties.

Ability to work independently take ownership of projects and deliver results according to metrics such as NPS churn and upsell revenue.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Remote location: United States.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140000 - $190000 with the potential for an incentive-based comp structure. In addition to base pay total compensation includes equity and benefits. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location level and additional factors including competencies experience and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
