Strategic Planner

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Strategic Planner to support an Army PEO IEW&S client. 

Note: This role is contingent upon Proposal Award. Proposal should be awarded in approximately August of 2024. 

Duties/ Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of strategic planning and communication activities.
• Plan and document the Program’s strategic and long-range goals and advise on strategic messaging and communications.
• Conduct outreach sessions with Biometrics and Forensics stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategic communications.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes that would affect the PdM's mission and provide insight into significant organizational changes.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience in strategic / futures planning to include experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and DoD long range planning.
• Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities in all areas to include oral and written formats.
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Preferred Certifications:  DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management
• Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Ten (10) years of relevant experience in strategic planning
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional travel may be possible. 

Clearance Requirement:

• Secret
