HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Strategic Planning Analyst will report to the Managing Director, Enterprise Strategy in the Enterprise Business Solutions department. This role is responsible for supporting the research activities, supporting key initiative through analytical and presentation work, and supporting the organization's strategic, short-term, and long-range goal planning function. This role manages the competitive intelligence function, conducts organizational reviews to identify the business's strengths and weaknesses, and evaluates operational effectiveness.

• Strong project management skills including developing work plans
• Oversee data collection and conducts organizational reviews to identify the business's strengths and weaknesses
• Design and execute methods to track and measure organizational performance data to use for planning
• Responsible for compliance with current industry standards/environment that impact decisions and indicates requirements
• Lead the research of emerging trends and opportunities
• Research activities supporting an organization's short-term and long-term goal planning function
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Liberal Arts
• 2-4 years of applicable experience in in Strategy, management consulting, business planning, strategic project management, product management, or other related fields
• Ability to solve routine problems of moderate complexity following established policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• Strong collaboration skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
