Job Overview

AltaMed seeks a Strategic Planning and Execution Coordinator, reporting to the Strategy Planning and Execution Leader. The Office of Strategic Planning and Execution advances initiatives aligned to achieving goals in the strategy statement. The team ensures the strategic plan is developed in partnership with Executive Leaders who oversee our service lines and our Leaders who enable our services. Following the approval from our Board of Directors, the strategic plan is rolled out to all Leaders in our organization. The progress of our performance toward achieving our goals is monitored through a goal monitoring tool (LEM).

The Strategic Planning and Execution Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the data accuracy and integrity of all information in the goal monitoring tool (LEM). The Coordinator will complete compliance checks and audits and notify the strategy team of any deficiencies. The Coordinator will also provide support and training on the use of the LEM tool to all leader’s as well as setting up access for new users. The Strategic Planning and Execution Coordinator will assist the Strategy Planning and Execution Leader with all logistics related to the annual strategy planning retreat. They will act as liaison to HR to ensure all Leader information is kept up to date.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent of 4 years of experience in activities in an area related to the duties described above required or.

2. Associates degree or equivalent of 2 years work experience in activities in an area related to the duties described above required.

3. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Compensation

$31.38 - $39.23 hourly
