The Strategic Pricing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Manager, RFP Execution and Lead Contract Pricing Engineer. As the Strategic Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the entire lifecycle of RFPs, bids, and pricing opportunities. You will maintain accuracy in all data entry and successfully meet customer deadlines. You will collaborate with the Yield team and cross-functionally with the customer department and carrier department.

What will you be doing?
The Strategic Pricing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Manager, RFP Execution and Lead Contract Pricing Engineer. As the Strategic Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the entire lifecycle of RFPs, bids, and pricing opportunities. You will maintain accuracy in all data entry and successfully meet customer deadlines. You will collaborate with the Yield team and cross-functionally with the customer department and carrier department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Yield department in managing daily and weekly bids, RFPs, and pricing requests
- Format customer RFPs into internal bid files within specified time period to meet deadlines
- Analyze supporting documents, data, and information to ensure accurate setup and pricing on all opportunities
- Collaborate with key personnel to gather information and execute the RFP process
- Accurately enter data into MoLo's internal RFP tracking tool
- Maintain the status update for each RFP in the tracking tool to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
- Adhere to RFP and bid deadlines
- Ensure sustainable growth and profitability for the organization through the RFP process
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 1 year third-party logistics industry experience required
- Ability to prioritize tasks, successfully multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with an emphasis in strong Excel skills
