Strategic Pricing Coordinator

What will you be doing?

The Strategic Pricing Coordinator will work alongside the Contractual Pricing Manager and will be responsible for providing support throughout the entire lifecycle of RFPs, bids, and pricing opportunities. This position will manage information in a way that will allow the pricing process to be executed efficiently and accurately. The Pricing Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with MoLo's goal of delivering the best possible experience for our Regional Pricing Analysts, Account Managers, Sales Partners, and Strategic Capacity Team. This role will be diligent in their attention to detail and efficient in completing their daily obligations. The Pricing Coordinator will report directly to the Contractual Pricing Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Contractual Pricing Manager, Yield Execution Manager, and Regional Analysts in managing daily and weekly flow of bids, RFPs, and pricing requests.
• Format customer RFPs into internal bid files within specified time period.
• Analyze supporting documents, data, and information to ensure accurate setup and pricing on all opportunities.
• Collaborate with key personnel to gather information and execute the RFP process flawlessly.
• Execute on all Bid/RFP deadlines and on the RFP setup in MoLo's internal templates and tools.
• Accurately update and maintain MoLo's internal tracking tools.
• Ensure sustainable growth and profitability for the organization through the RFP process.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Self-motivated individual with proven analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Emphasis in strong Excel skills as well as Power BI
