As a Strategic Program Lead, a typical day involves identifying key strategic focus areas and developing comprehensive plans to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs. This role requires driving and managing various initiatives to meet business objectives, coordinating efforts across different teams, and continuously monitoring progress to align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control.
- Strong capability in managing complex program delivery and operational controls.
- Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor and improve delivery performance.
- Ability to lead teams through change and drive strategic initiatives effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
