About the Team
This is a unique opportunity to cross-functionally drive the business capacity. You will partner directly with the CRO, Head of RevOps, CFO, and other Key GTM leaders to build scalable processes to run our largest GTM programs. As a member of the Revenue Operations team reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will build strategies, designs, and operations across GTM.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced strategic program leader to drive Miro's GTM planning and prioritization processes, improve the way we develop comprehensive, end-to-end GTM strategies, and run programs to bring them to life. As a critical thinker and strong communicator, you will drive alignment with corporate strategy and objectives, drive OKR setting in partnership with GTM Executives, and own the execution of the most critical revenue-driving initiatives. This key GTM planning leader will be the "Sherpa" to the CRO and key GTM Leaders. You will not only drive the critical planning processes to enhance the impact of the revenue organization, but also be a culture champion.
What you'll do
  • Design and implement strong systems, processes, and company rituals that will drive performance, culture and collaboration throughout the revenue organization
  • Demonstrate continuous empathy for every role in the GTM function, continuously improving departmental operations, making it easy to get great work done
  • Drive/oversee cross-functional projects/initiatives from development through to execution, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure alignment.
  • Focus on setting up and standardizing processes involved in the build of global GTM programs
  • Partner with analytics teams to map out insights needed to equip GTM DRIs with clear actionable data, ensuring investments have measurable value
  • Build and maintain key relationships with leaders across sales, marketing, CX, RevOps, Finance to accelerate alignment on cross-functional growth initiatives

What you'll need
  • 8+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management across functions and departments
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to provide concise, transparent, and insightful communication to a diverse organization
  • Experience designing and running company operational processes including planning (in revenue operation, business operations, or sales planning, strategic finance, or as a chief of staff)
  • Ability to work across global cultures and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and roadmap at the same time
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract the significant nuggets of information relevant to a particular audience
  • Background in management consulting, top-tier technology strategy/ops or other strategic program management roles ideal; with a blend of B2B Enterprise Sales & PLG a plus
