The Strategic Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cross functional projects and enabling a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organizations. This leadership position must build strong relationships across functions to align strategies and drive execution. This role will be a strategic problem solver with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution. The Strategic Program Manager will play equal parts problem solver and doer, tackling the roles of strategist, operator, influencer and delivery specialist, and create an inclusive team environment that inspires a diversity of perspectives and bold ideas.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and creates strategic solutions to meet defined business needs with predictability and certainty.
• Able to advance the organization by developing new program and project management best practices and lead meetings of project teams and provide influential communication to many levels of management.
• Own and ensure overall project scope and execution with respect to schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution and compliance to internal quality requirements.
• Provides due diligence and integration strategy program management services and technical, financial, schedule and risk management guidance and input to integration and other enterprise-wide projects.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Proven project management experience with depth of knowledge in continuous improvement
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical)
• Experience with acquisition and integration and information system implementation activities
• Advanced degree or master's in business administration - preferred
• Medical device product development experience and a strong understanding of FDA, ICH and IEC standards
• Experience across the entire product lifecycle
• PMP or Lean/Six Sigma Certified
