About the position

As the Strategic Project Manager for Health Management at aura, you'll be in charge of scaling the health management part of our operations, which focuses on supporting our members with the implementation of their health action plan. You will report directly to the CEO, and work closely with her, medical strategy, operations, product management and ML engineering.

What you’ll do 

• Conduct health management for selected customers, supporting them with the implementation of their health action plan
• Based on real life situations and direct customer feedback, identify opportunities to increase health managers quality & efficiency, in coordination with other health managers and CEO
• Playbook to formalize roles and responsibilities of health managers
• AI assistants to personalize interactions (tasks, timing, tone of voice…) & automate them
• Processes & tools to optimize coordination between health managers & medical team
• Medical protocols to address new customer symptoms, medical issues or tasks
• Test, develop and implement them with direct support from medical strategy, operations, product management and ML engineering
• Work closely with operations to control health management costs 
• Work closely with sales to feedback on customer needs and perceived value, and maximize upsell
• Report directly to the CEO

Who you are 

• Passion for preventive health & wellness
• 2-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, product management, or operations, preferably with some in a startup environment
• Strong academic background
• Result-oriented mindset with superior problem solving skills through data analysis
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Compensation

• 100-170k
