Job Summary:
The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) serves as the organization’s connector between strategy and execution. We accomplish this by organizing and leading large projects designed to help IGS achieve its strategic goals and helping ensure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. This is a highly visible team and a high-impact role.
As a Strategic Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and facilitation of projects within the organization that goes beyond traditional project management tools; you’ll use your unique skill set to identify and solve problems while enabling momentum and movement on strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project progress, and building and developing relationships with team members, vendors, and business partners involved in the projects. This is a highly visible team and high impact role.

Primary Responsibilities:
-
Manage multiple small to medium scale projects from scoping through implementation and roll out.

Act as a strategic, essential thought partner to business partners by being deeply in tune with their needs and perspectives, able to articulate their viewpoints and encompass their needs

Lead key project meetings with various audiences including core project team, steering committee and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans to capture scope, costs and schedule, and monitor and track progress, manage through changes, and measure success.

Proactively communicate and report out on project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, adjustments and progress.

Create project documentation including presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Build relationships across cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, and successfully influence deliverables and results.

Support the execution of strategic and operational plans.
Minimum Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent with 2—5 years of experience with a strong background in facilitating meetings, leading through influence, and partnering closely with leaders

Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Experienced communicator.
Salary Range:
$78,290.00 - $125,260.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
