Job Summary
The Manager, Strategic Projects ensures the successful delivery of assigned strategic projects and their integration in the operations of the various areas of the firm, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 7+ years of project management or program management experience in a PMO environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent education or certifications


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in a leadership role


Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously, playing a variety of roles depending upon the status of the project and/or program.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach opportunities in a flexible and creative manner
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
