For 10 weeks, during the summer, you will work on one of Multiverse's main strategic areas, our Early Talent offering. As the Early Talent market develops we have to ensure that we are adapting our strategy and products to meet market demand. This role is an opportunity to update and develop our strategy in this core area, supporting the team to think through our future ambition, where to play and how to win the market.
This internship will be truly cross functional, working with our Product Marketing team to support with market research & analysis on our offer and products, our Admissions team as we look at the differentiating operational areas we have, our Tech team, and our Go To Market team in how we partner with companies to deliver our impact and mission - to build a diverse set of future leaders. You will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with our Chief of Staff, Product Marketing, Admissions and GTM teams
- Understand a crucial market in the future of work and careers
- Drive a truly cross functional strategic project forward for one of the fastest growing EdTech companies in the US and UK
- Understand the business and support growth in a pivotal area
What we are looking for:
- Background in strategy consulting preferred
- Ability to apply strategic and commercial knowledge to assess opportunities
- First-class project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- A background/passion for education and learning
- Analytical bias with an ability to dive into datasets and conduct market research
- Self-starter mindset and the enthusiasm to jump into a fast-paced environment
This is a 10 week summer internship, starting May/June 2023. The salary will be $10,000-$17,000 for the 100 week project.
