Job Description
Location: Remote/U.S.
The role is SprintRay’s Strategic Relationship Leader for the Channel Partner. The Relationship Leader is responsible for implementing SprintRay’s engagement model including an actionable business plan in order to meet and preferably exceed ongoing revenue and margin key results. The Relationship Leader establishes and grows relationships across the eco-system that include C-Suite to field level management to understand the strategic priorities of the Channel Partner’s business. This person brings to the table the necessary SprintRay stakeholders to enhance the partner’s ability to realize its goals with SprintRay. The Relationship Leader provides “top-down & bottom-up” leadership for the partnership to identify innovative opportunities that lead to 2X incremental revenue growth year over year. The relationship plan will have all the components required to build a profitable, long-term, sustainable relationship with the Channel Partner.
Responsibilities
- Implement SprintRay’s engagement model including an actionable annual business plan
- Achieve alignment from SprintRay and the Channel Partner
- Meet or exceed ongoing revenue and margin key results
- Identify innovative opportunities that lead to 2X incremental revenue growth year over year.
- Measure, monitor, and provide ongoing visibility of key results to partners and leadership at SprintRay.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Lead quarterly business reviews along with the partner to report progress, evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and adjust course as necessary (Start/Stop/Continue Review)
- Key results to manage include Revenue, Gross Margin, Incremental Revenue, Incremental Share of Wallet, and successful launch of additional SprintRay Product/Service offerings.
- Provide regular updates to the partner on SprintRay products and services.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue creation.
- Build strong, long-term relationships (top-down and bottom-up) and engage appropriate SprintRay leaders as needed.
- Follow a routine cadence with business leaders across sales, and marketing support business units to go from a share of opportunity, to share of mind to share of heart with the Channel Partner.
- Includes corporate teams, field leadership, and field top performers that are influencers
- Continually identify and onboard partner KOLs that have a clinical presence and podium power to grow and influence the relationship with the Channel Partner.
- Engage in customer escalations as needed to deliver prompt resolution and document lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Strategic relationship manager or Key account manager for Enterprise Accounts/Clients/Distribution majors for high growth companies
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and the presence to engage in C-Suite level communications
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Dental Industry/ Digital Dentistry (Direct/Channel Sales) experience
- BS/Masters's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
Target Salary Range: $75,000 - $129,600
Actual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The total compensation package for a position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and/or other applicable compensation.
