We currently have an opportunity for a Strategic Resource Assistant. The selected employee will be responsible for assisting the Strategic Resource Managers with supporting various teams through marketing efforts and client communications and calendar management for select individuals.
Responsibilities:

Assist with various marketing projects including, event planning, client communications, marketing efforts, proofreading, organizing and formatting database lists, data input of sales leads, and general administrative support.

Provide database and CRM support for sales department.

Using Excel (and potentially other tools) and in collaboration with EB president, create reports for EB/RPW management.

Track SRA work using the tracking tool.

Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, welcome kits, etc.

Assist with the preparation of sales proposals (RFPs).

Prepare and edit documents and spreadsheets to include updated information and branding.

Word process various correspondence.

Mail merge documents for mass mailings.

Provide document support for various meetings and summits.

Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
-
Marketing communications experience.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative Suite and CRM Contact Database Software.

Strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently while adhering to moving deadlines.
-
Excellent grammar, punctuation, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Department Office Administration & Clerical
Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
