Summary and Scope:
The Strategic Sales Coordinator provides support to the Chadwell Supply Strategic Accounts and Sales Management teams to increase sales, profits, and market penetration. The Coordinator shares responsibility with National Accounts and field Sales Management for executing, implementing, and maintaining Chadwell Advantage Programs (CAP).
How you will make an impact:
• Provide support that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the Strategic Accounts and Sales Management teams.
• Assist in new CAP rollouts, maintain files, and the sales pipelines.
• Assist in New Branch Expansion Customer Account Number Import process.
• Maintain regional discounts and pricing with Strategic Chadwell Customers. • Assist in providing reporting to the National Accounts team and Sales Management.
• Notify the Credit department of all ownership and management company changes.
• Assist with Daily Alerts from the Credit team regarding discount changes and closed accounts.
• Assist in providing website access to corporate management contacts for multiple properties so they can access invoices and purchase history.
• Help facilitate a smooth transition to becoming a dedicated Chadwell Supply Loyal Customer.
• Assist with Loading GL Codes.
• Assist with 3rd party platform monthly catalog updates and shopping lists.
• Work with assigned NAMs to reduce their administrative effort.
What you will need:
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.
• 1 year of prior related work experience using software programs, Great Plains and Sales Pad preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Excellent analytical skills, solid critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
