About This Job
The main purpose of this job incorporates a function breakout of approximately 45% administrative, 30% projects and 25% rotational duties.
Essential Functions
- Develop experience and skills through assignments, opportunities and building relationships
- Work with leaders to coordinate meetings and events
- Work with Consumer Segment and Strategic Services leader(s) on various communications to team members as requested and scheduled
- Create presentations for various leaders; includes developing story outline and creating presentation documents
- Collaborate across the various departments within Consumer Segment and Strategic Services as part of project teams or on special assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic knowledge of banking/accounting/finance related fields
- Self-starter with professional presence and some leadership skills
- Ability to learn and use various applications and systems to support assignments
- Ability to work with a diverse set of resources and internal business partners
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks/projects, and efficient time management skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and CORE Values
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills who has the ability to confidently communicate with various levels of Business Partner leadership whether in person or virtually
- Accountable self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
- 1+ years experience, or equivalent, leading project teams preferred
- 1+ years financial services industry experience preferred
