Who We Want

As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you will play a vital role in the development of our business as we transition from a thriving start-up to a major player in the 3PL space. From day one, you will leverage your industry knowledge and high energy to improve upon our existing carrier relationships and strategically grow our capacity.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert in the Arrive business model, our competitive advantages and proprietary software. 
• Source consistent carriers for contract and dedicated freight and increase the dedicated loads per day.
• Strategically drive Arrive purchase vs. market to below to $50 or better vs. market.
• Increase the Development Lanes Capacity Score month over month. 
• Grow the number of core carriers and private fleet lanes in Accelerate Database.
• Collaborate with management and executive team with any carrier operational issues.
• Use Arrive lane history and data combined with industry tools to support pricing when needed. 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of 3PL experience.
• Dynamic leader with a bold presence and contagious attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with management and peers alike.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
