Job Overview

Fixed term- 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute sourcing strategy for assigned commodities in EMEA and NA regions with global category manager.
• Responsible on RFQ process, material productivity projects, price negotiation co-work with global category team
• Develop local suppliers, drive supplier base consolidation and supplier footprint development.
• Build relationship & work with other department to identify cost saving opportunities
• Supplier Setup management, Pre-audit & supplier selection audit, CMP analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering background is preferred
• 3+ years' experience in direct procurement, experience in manufacturing company is a must
• Good problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Strong customer orientated person and candid attitude
• Project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluent English at negotiation level
• Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
• Strong analytical skills
• Cross-functional skills
