Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Spec Harmonization

Drive the spec harmonization project to uncover areas of inefficiency in current specifications and non-conformance across the globe. Opportunities to simplify and add value back into the business.

Work with internal teams and external (3rd parties) to develop a roadmap for consolidation and harmonization across the network for the top 80% of spend, and recommendations for improvements in the spec creation process.

Leverage external suppliers' knowledge and areas for driving savings in spec harmonization across key markets and regions.

What are we looking for?

• 3 + years of procurement experience.
• A passion for data analysis/aggregation, developing strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
• Power BI and advanced Excel experience .
• Alteryx & Tableau experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree at a minimum.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You will drive the spec harmonization project to uncover areas of inefficiency in current specifications and non-conformance across the globe.
• Identify and Present opportunities to simplify and add value back in to the business.
• Work with internal teams and external (3rd parties) to develop a roadmap for consolidation and harmonization across the network for the top 80% of spend, and recommendations for improvements in the spec creation process.
• Leverage external suppliers' knowledge and areas for driving savings in spec harmonization across key markets and regions
• Support the regions by connecting ideas from one region with other regions by providing insights and support where appropriate.
