WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a Sourcing Manager for Professional Services who will be a part of a dynamic, impactful team of sourcing professionals. We are interested in someone who has a background in procurement roles with strong sourcing and negotiating skills.

YOUR ROLE

• The Sourcing organization finds and sustains the best supplier partnerships to drive business success.
• You will lead, advise, and support Cambia Health Solutions business partners during Sourcing events. You will engage Finance, Legal, IT and Privacy Dept. support, and complete sourcing initiatives using a suite of advanced sourcing and contract management tools.
• Effective spend analysis, contracting, business case development and project tracking, metrics reporting, collaborator engagement, and proficiency with sourcing tools are integral to success.
• As Sourcing Manager, you will drive multi-stakeholder alignment across functions and entities to understand business requirements and enable the achievement of strategic objectives in various Professional Services categories.
• You will create and drive RFPs and guide the analysis of supplier proposals with business partners using objective selection criteria.
• You will partner with Strategic Finance to analyze and develop business cases and you will develop negotiation plans and lead contract negotiations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or any combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Ideally, 5+ years direct relevant work experience in Sourcing. Work experience would pertain directly to Services Sourcing (Consulting, HR, Software, Marketing, Legal Services, etc.).
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret spend and cost data, research supplier markets, negotiate contract terms, and support overall contracting activities.
• Excellent communications and influencing skills.
• General financial skills and knowledge including business case development.
• Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications: including sophisticated level PowerPoint and Excel; intermediate level Word and Project.
• Experience with structured multi-step sourcing processes and Contract Lifecycle Management tools preferred.

YOUR COLLEAGUES

As a member of the Enterprise Sourcing Team, you will report directly to the Assistant Director of Professional Services Sourcing. In this role, you will work closely with fellow sourcing team members and business partners across divisions.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager would have a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field and 7 to 10+ years of sourcing and contracting experience or a related field.
