We have a Strategist Paid Social position open!
The Strategist Paid Social works with the rest of the C-E performance media team to deliver the highest quality paid social activation possible. You’ll work with the team and your clients to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance, innovate our social campaigns, and have (and share) a POV on the latest Paid Social news and platform developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, both annual and campaign specific
- Identify and develop opportunities aligned with client’s performance goals, working with the Paid Social Lead.
- Drive keyword and audience discovery, finding efficient and growth opportunities.
- Discover and research new partner opportunities and methods for reaching client objectives.
Regular Management of campaigns
- Steward social investments (pacing, budgeting)
- Routine optimization, including audience management
- Creative testing and optimization
- Regular auditing and revisiting of overall approach
Testing, Reporting and Analyzing
- Working with the Lead, develop and launch tests and experiments on a regular cadence.
- Actively work with the analytics team to ensure reporting is accurate.
- Develop strong insights that turn data points into real, actionable commentary.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in paid social, with a heavy emphasis on Facebook
- Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in insight development and reporting/analytics
- Up to date with the latest trends in paid social
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication
- Good presentation and project management skills
