Strategy Analyst Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end user and market research projects, including both quantitative analyses and qualitative assessments to drive strategic insights.
• Manage day-to-day project data collection, timelines and deliverables (both primary and secondary research projects)
• Analyze internal & external data, and Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze key business drivers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, validate, and present findings to support business growth.
• Assist in the creation of clear, concise reports and presentations
• Engage in key projects that support the company's business and goals.
• Create research design (both primary and secondary research projects

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in prominent local university in areas such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position/role
• Experience in e-commerce, aggregator or logistics companies is a major plus
• Excellent time-management, communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge in statistics including tools such as VBA, Tableau, SPSS or Power BI is a major plus
