Strategy Analyst (Bilingual Korean)

Position Overview: 

Solid Power is seeking a strategy analyst to join our talented team, working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next generation, all solid‐state rechargeable batteries.  The Strategy Analyst will identify business needs, provide relevant insights, and assist in developing plans to achieve goals set for department and company. The Strategy Analyst will interface internal cross-functional teams and external international customers. Solid Power is a dynamic, fast‐paced, collaborative team environment. This is a critical position that will be essential to making Solid Power’s partnerships and product development a success.   

Job Duties: 

• Support customer programs and explorations of future partnership opportunities.
• Provide insights to leadership by analyzing business conditions/competitive landscape.
• Leverage insights to define, recommend and /or co-create strategic solutions.
• Work with project management team to interface customers on contracts.
• Help identify strategies to grow the programmatic business, then provide key support.
• Partner with functional leaders and a strategic manager to help create corporate proposals.
• Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics.
• Cross train and backup for team roles beyond direct daily responsibilities.
• Prepare, organize, and display data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 4‐year degree in a technical or business‐related discipline and an interest in corporate strategy activities.
• Strong Korean-English bilingual ability.
• 1 to 4 years work experience.
• Battery/electric vehicle technical or market knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience as a consultant in a related field is preferred.
• Consensus builder able to work with cross functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, remain organized and proactive.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Rapid learner who thrives in a fast‐paced start‐up environment.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $123,000/year
