How You'll Make An Impact

As a Strategy & Analytics Lead at Boomi, you will play a pivotal role in driving actionable insights and strategic initiatives that align with our corporate strategy. Leveraging your deep expertise in data analysis, you will uncover opportunities to enhance market penetration, identify operational efficiencies, pinpoint product opportunities, and pioneer new revenue streams. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into tangible strategies that propel Boomi's growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities, whitespaces, and underpenetrated market segments aligned with the Corporate Strategy
• Utilize advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior
• Develop and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding strategic decision-making processes
• Work closely with GTM and Product teams to identify opportunities for sales acceleration, product innovation and enhancement
• Evaluate competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform strategic positioning and differentiation strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in data analytics methodologies and processes to enhance organizational capabilities

The Experience You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, business analytics, or corporate strategy roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python/R, Tableau, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Masters Degree or MBA
• Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $174,752 -  $262,128 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
