Strategy & Analytics Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled former consultant with 8+ years of consulting experience and robust data analysis skills to join the operations team in our Customer Organization. This role involves leading strategic analysis, performing in-depth data analysis, collaborating across departments, and delivering executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate will utilize their full consulting skill set to drive impactful initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives

• Drive an organization wide strategic planning process for Support, Services, Success, Community, & Training

Data Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions

• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support strategic planning and execution

Communication:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior leadership, including the Chief Customer Officer and other Customer Organization leaders

• Effectively communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with finance, revenue operations, and other departments to drive cross-functional analyses, reporting, and planning processes 

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5- 8  years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm required. Bonus if you have experience in a B2B SaaS environment

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) are preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

  • Helpful if you have experience with either R or SQL

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
