The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Innovation and Go-to-Market Strategist to join our team. The Strategy and Innovation Associate will be responsible for crafting thought leadership content, developing go-to-market strategies, and engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on key emerging topics for Adobe's Enterprise business. Current Emerging topics our teams is focusing on include Content Supply Chain and Generative AI for Enterprises. You will also help design and refine customer engagement and field enablement tools focused on these topics and assist in bringing these to market in collaboration with Partners and our Product, Product Marketing and Sales Operations teams.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of key capabilities, players and trends in the Creative Operations and Marketing space, and experience in content creation and activation processes. A successful applicant will thrive in collaborative, cross-functional efforts, and using past experiences, research, and key takeaways from working with customers to develop a unique and differentiated perspective for Adobe.

What You'll Do

Thought Leadership Creation:

  • Conduct extensive research to develop a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Create thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blog posts, articles, and industry reports, to establish our company as a leading authority in the field.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and validate findings.

Thought Leadership Scaling and Differentiation:

  • Develop strategies to scale the impact of our thought leadership initiatives, including partnerships, industry events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Apply key takeaways from past experiences and customer engagements to develop a differentiated perspective, setting our company apart from competitors.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our thought leadership remains relevant and impactful.

Go-to-Market Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with Adobe cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Help develop cross-Adobe measurement approach to evaluate success of new programs and GTM efforts

Customer Engagement Artifacts:

  • Design and create engaging customer engagement materials and tools, such as presentations, demos, case studies, assessments, and interactive experiences.
  • Develop scalable tools that enable the field to effectively communicate the value of emerging topics to customer.
  • Continuously collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to enhance and improve the effectiveness of the customer engagement tools.

What you need to succeed

  • 5 plus years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Strategy Consulting.
  • Passion for impact of digital on business, creativity, and marketing.High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Familiarity with content creation and activation processes for marketing, ideally within a brand or agency setting.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather insights and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and engaging content (presentations, articles, whitepapers).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional work.
  • Ability to work effectively across a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~10-15%)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,900 -- $174,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
