Summary:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Strategy and M&A Intern during our Summer 2023 internship program! In this role, within the department of strategy, you will work on some of the most strategic topics at Arrow electronics where you will gain experience working across multiple business units and gain exposure to both business principles and leaders across the company.
Interns should be familiar with the principles of finance and investing and able to create valuation models, 3-statement models, financial projections, and conduct comparable analysis. They should be comfortable researching markets, businesses and synthesizing large amount of data in short periods of time.
This internship is on a small fast-paced team directly advising executives on strategy and investment decisions across Arrow.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Hands-on approach to learning and applying your degree
• Chance to network with multiple interns across the U.S and Mexico
• Small forums with our Executives and past interns
• Stretch your presentation skills in front of our VP's and Directors

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2023
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (June through Mid-August)
• Adequate WiFi
• 3.0 GPA or Higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented mindset
• Quick learner
• Problem solving
• Limited time off request over the summer

Hiring Rate/ Range:
$35-$51
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
