What You’ll Be Doing:Â
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Analyst to help us establish and advance the Client Navigation vertical of Grow Therapy. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team focused on analysis and strategic optimization for our client navigation teams reporting directly into the Senior Manager of New Client Bookings. In this role, you’ll:Â
- You’re an organized, strategic thinker who is passionate about optimizing our client navigation organization. You'll analyze key metrics and performance outputs of the team and collaborate closely with leadership to refine strategies. Responsibilities include advising on workforce management, reporting metrics, and conducting experiments to enhance SLAs.
- Your main objective is to delve into our client navigation ecosystem, identifying trends and pain points to enable proactive solutions. Collaboration is vital, working with various stakeholders to foster seamless coordination and problem-solving.
- Leveraging your analytical skills, you'll generate insights to drive continuous improvement. This involves streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and experimenting with methodologies to enhance SLAs. Your role extends beyond data analysis, translating findings into actionable strategies to address specific pain points.
- Success in this role relies on leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, foster collaboration, and drive improvement. By embracing this challenge, you'll ensure our client navigation team delivers an exceptional experience to our customers.
Salary range: $90,843 - $118,750
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:Â
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience in an operational setting (preferably in an inbound/outbound org), and have thoughts / opinions on what makes for a more efficient and effective organization.
- You are comfortable analyzing data to make strategic decisions, and have a keen eye for detail (you understand how minute data points aggregate into trends)
- You are a great communicator and are comfortable presenting complex information in effective ways to varying levels of leadership
- You have a good eye for high-level strategy, and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You have strong Excel skills, SQL capabilities, and bonus points if you have any past experience utilizing tools like Looker or Retool.
