About the Role:
The Strategy and Operations Lead will be responsible for developing and managing several components of the strategic program to drive operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the organization by partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze performances and develop expectations to drive resource efficiency, sustainable quality, cost, and service delivery.
• Manage cross-functional company strategic initiatives and projects.
• Create solutions-focused ideas to ensure trading operations, sales, and client success.
• Play a direct role in the growth, change and innovation of the business by establishing strategic plans and initiatives.
• Drive results by increasing company profitability through process optimization, account development, and expansion strategies.
• Contribute to the company's ambitious annual revenue growth goals.

Required Education and Experience:

• 6+ years of operations and / or business management and / or business management consulting experience, preferably in Financial Marketing, Capital Markets, or FinTech (Derivatives, OTC, and Fixed Income experience a plus).
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited University.
• Passionate about driving change and innovation of the business with strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create slide decks and convey points to broader groups.
• Experience leading cross-functional working groups to improve shared Operational pain points and identify, define, and develop growth opportunities for the organization's core businesses.
• Experience leading business change or consulting efforts for an organization.
• End-to-end Project/Program Management experience including team structures and work streams, roadmaps and backlogs, action plans and progress updates.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels, including the Leadership team.
