Strategy and Operations Manager I, Go-To-Market, Google Cloud
Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience with stakeholder management and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

Responsibilities
- Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
- Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem solving ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
- Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones.
