Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in commercial strategy and operations, partnering with Sales/GTM teams, or management consulting.
- Experience in technology or cloud computing.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to execute projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technical aspects of cloud computing infrastructure and enterprise IT deployments, especially to address customer use cases across the business model.
- Understanding of Strategic Industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences), including key trends, customer needs, and intelligence to evolve our GTM strategy.
- Ability to translate insights into action and facilitate stakeholder decision-making.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, collaboration, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective and efficient operations and results. Own the development of processes and programs to drive operational accuracy.
- Identify, define and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives. Own reporting frameworks, using core tools infrastructure.
- Identify areas of collaboration to deliver business outcomes. Partner effectively and align with cross-functional teams on multiple programs, processes and business objectives.
- Develop an understanding of Google's products and business areas. Grow knowledge of industry and its ecosystem, customers and trends to identify opportunities and risks on our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Apply knowledge and expertise as a subject matter expert to make informed recommendations and decisions related to a product, area or service.
