Strategy and Operations Manager, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Operations, and/or a Management role at a global technology company, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in project/program management and operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a Technical, Quantitative, or Business field (e.g., management consulting).
• Experience in collaborating and implementing cross-functional and/or large scale projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
• Excellent track record in program management including leading cross-functional projects to drive strategic initiatives forward.
• Excellent problem-solving and execution skills in developing and executing operational initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$193,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support day-to-day operations, including leadership communications/meeting coordination, operations reviews, annual planning, etc.
• Leadership enablement and organizational development (culture, budget management, etc.).
• Work with Trust and Safety Operations and cross-functional stakeholders on process and/or project management (analysis and recommendations, executive-ready presentations, and cross-functional facilitation).
• Proactively identify opportunities and issues across organizations and create programs and processes to solve them including proposing solutions and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams on critical projects to drive alignment and improve efficiency. Be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
