Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and analytical professional to join the Latin America Strategy & Operations team. The team supports the regional Vice-President to accelerate the growth of our merchant and consumer portfolio.This is an exciting and versatile role with high visibility across the senior leadership and requires strong analytical and strategic as well as interpersonal and operational skills. You will help accelerating our growth by supporting the sales teams to deliver on their sales pipelines and by identifying and pro-actively driving initiatives within the organization to unlock new revenue opportunities.
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and initiatives that will support the growth of our merchants and markets
- Develop, plan and lead cross-functional strategic growth initiatives under closely collaboration with multiple business functions to deliver and implement on the identified initiatives
- Drive accountability with sales teams to achieve their sales targets
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Data Science & Analytics and other regional and global business teams on strategic initiatives, planning and budgeting projects
- Support with internal management cadences, senior leadership presentations, sales plans, and other programs
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance and other teams to provide an overview of risks and opportunities in our sales pipeline
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, engineering
- 5+ years work experience in business consulting, planning, strategy and sales operations roles in multi-national companies
- Past exposure/experience working close to sales organizations
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong exposure to projects/teams across multiple jurisdictions and diverse cultures
- Ability to craft outstanding storylines using MS PowerPoint, think-cell and similar tools to convey ideas/plans to a broad set of different stakeholders
- Solid financial modelling capabilities using MS Excel to build business cases and analyze complex data that help driving growth initiatives
- Personality that is comfortable to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with changing priorities
- Ability to successfully navigate in a matrix organization where strong cross-functional collaboration is required
- Proactive and resourceful nature with high level of intellectual curiosity
- Understanding of payments and relevant ecosystems advantageous but not a key requirement
