Job Description
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You’ll manage complex components of an engagement working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with Opportunities and lead the team to win the deal.
- Leverage IBM’s leading transformation framework and methodology to help our clients with their toughest problem.
- Manage client relationship and build trust with sponsor during the delivering.
- Participate and present solutions to various level of stakeholders of clients.
- Develop or evaluate operation capabilities such as process organization IT on where/how clients should invest their digital transformation today and tomorrow to drive revenue growth or optimize costs to improve operation efficiency.
- Leverage ecosystem partners to improve clients’ operation efficiency.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strategic Vision: The ideal candidate must possess a strong strategic vision to understand current market trends and future possibilities. They should be able to develop clear brand positioning brand architecture market research and strategic planning.
- Brand Professional: The candidate should Provide strategic guidance on developing brand elements like logos taglines and brand voice. designing and implementing brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Brand & Marketing Management: Brand and Marketing Management Process (Level1-level5) & Organization Design.Help client to set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand strategy and continuously monitor progress to ensure the brand’s success.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding on how to leverage brand and communication strategy to be focused on delivering measurable results. They should set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand strategy and continuously monitor progress to ensure the brand’s success.
- Relevant Tools & Platform: Familiar with relevant brand & marketing management tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems , content management , marketing automation platforms to collect and analyze data on customer behavior and preferences content & campaign performance.
