Strategy & Design Coordinator

We're looking for a recent grad to join our quickly growing Sales Strategy team. A successful candidate will be intimately involved in multiple digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, and will gain visibility into both the pre-sales and post-sales cycles by generating proposals, strategies, media plans, and creatives. This position is a great way to learn about the digital ad business while building invaluable skills.

Responsibilities Include 

• Conceptualize and produce multi-screen advertising campaign strategies for Fortune 500 brands
• Develop skills within PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel etc. to design proposals, presentations, sales materials, user interfaces, and mockups
• Design custom materials such as promotional graphics, marketing infographics, campaign screenshots, and ad unit mockups
• Support assigned strategists in day-to-day internal and external requests
• Contribute to cross-functional conversations with sales, account managers, production, product, and managers when needed

Here are a few indicators that you're the right person 

• You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint required)
• You have experience with Photoshop (Illustrator a plus)
• You're a generalist with a combination of creative, strategic, analytical, technical, and business skills
• You're detail-oriented and can multitask with ease
• You're good with people, planning, and organization
• You keep your cool when it matters most

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required
• Relevant internship/work experience preferred

Salary: $50,000 + incentive pay
