Strategy Director

At Cramer, the Strategy Director has a unique opportunity to bring insights to life with their colleagues in creative and production to drive increased value and stronger client relationships. Synthesizing research and mining data for insights is your foundation, and you thrive off connecting the dots between brand goals and audience actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads planning activities for event experiences and marketing campaigns, including intelligence gathering, analytics and measurement, and communications
• Delivers insights to develop experiences across the entire attendee journey, with a significant focus on attendee personalization and integrated experiences

• Fuels the creative process with audience insights, business context, program requirements, and success measures based on client objectives
• Analyzes data, market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for specific client initiatives
• Conducts discovery activities that include interviews, primary and secondary research
• Identifies opportunities for extending programs across multiple platforms
• Develops strategic brief to fuel creative ideation with business and audience insights

• Collect and curate trends library
• Champions understanding of the strategy offering internally
• Drives Cramer's event intelligence offering
• Produces client-ready deliverables: content, strategic stories, and points-of-view with coaching by senior creative and strategy team members
• Partners with account to understand the client's business & brand throughout the project life cycle to ensure work matches client needs

Requirements

• 5+ years in research, planning, and strategy in support of a creative offering
• Demonstrated and measurable experience planning, developing, and implementing a wide range of strategic objectives

• Ability to synthesize complex information and distill key learnings and insights
• Excellent presentation skills and a track record for collaboration
• Bonus points for event and healthcare experience
• Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker
• Proven ability to gain the trust of clients, especially senior executives

• Experience in events and healthcare highly desirable
• At least one strategy plan from your portfolio that you can present at the first interview
