The Role: Strategy & Global Programs Marketing Manager

The Team: We understand the global commodity markets and what is of interest to our prospects and customers. We develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand, build marketing resources for use across the department, manage inbound search, and generate new business leads. We're focused on collaboration and specialize in digital-first marketing.

The Impact: This role directly impacts marketing campaigns, cross-sell synergies, and our global priorities in the marketplace. The commodity markets are always evolving, making it even more important to reach target audiences with the right message, at the right time. The Marketing Manager directly influences the types of messages in the market, resources used across Marketing, and focuses on the new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop quarterly marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities-centered on multichannel tactics with a digital-first mindset. Priorities include cross-sell, awareness/education, and go-to-market launches.
  • Create the right mix of marketing resources (i.e. landing pages, messaging playbooks, digital ads, etc) all intended to create a specific customer or prospect journey based on the marketing objectives and audience.
  • Identify the opportunities across Sales and Marketing stakeholders, focusing on actionable plans.
  • Communicate plans across other Marketing functions and influence buy-in of plans with Customer Marketing and Sales.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand if marketing objectives are being met; quantify what has been achieved and present case studies to support.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience implementing and managing marketing campaigns.
  • High competency in digital marketing and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Experience in working with, as well as influencing and negotiating with various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong, clear communications skills as well as the confidence to speak up to lead a discussion.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep background managing and incorporating digital tactics into marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with strong history of demonstrating initiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work.
  • Run, maintain, and manage ongoing paid search campaigns across Marketing.
  • Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions.
  • Data and results-driven with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,800 USD to $108,100 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
