Get to Know the Team

Deliveries team is a new dynamic team responsible for expansion of Grab's Delivery services including GrabMart and GrabExpress. Our team comprises young experienced individuals who operate in an experimental mindset as we wear the hats of an entrepreneur.

Get to Know the Role 

As a member of the team, you will shape the future of the Deliveries team. You will have a chance to and facing with challenging from time to time while overseeing strategic with another functional projects with close interaction with top management. You will report to Manager, GrabMart & GrabExpress Strategy, onsite working base in Bangkok office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analytics: Extract live data to unearth insights and identify opportunities to grow the business. Learn and share findings with peers and leaders
• Strategy: Deliver valuable business insights, vision, and recommendations to business teams to act upon (e.g. go-to market strategy for new services, business process improvement, landscape and competitor analysis)
• Execution: Develop high-level projects collaborating with both internal and regional teams to create impact and take Deliveries to the next level
• Collaboration: Work across internal, regional team and other teams to achieve mutual company goal
• P&L Management: Support role on P&L management, platform optimization and growth in GrabMart and GrabExpress

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 1 or more years of experience in related roles. Consulting or E-commerce background.
• To build relationship and win over merchants.
• Throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
• Passionate and agile to excel, while being given task through independently
• Structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
• Solid analytical skills.
• Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is prefer.
