What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics group will...
- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our client s business problems
- Assist in structuring and conducting market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and desk research to derive insights and support client decision making including primary research with HCPs and patients interviews focus groups surveys and AI-enabled research approaches
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel Access Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
- Manage components of end-to-end research execution including screeners discussion guides fieldwork oversight and synthesis of findings into clear story-driven presentations
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
- Support management of program plans conduct regular client status updates and assist with risk and issue mitigation to ensure project timelines and goals are met
- Work across pre-launch engagements (segmentation demand forecasting campaign strategy KPI baseline) and post-launch engagements to support full product lifecycle decision-making
- Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
- M entor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams
What you'll bring
- PhD Masters or bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business economics marketing psychology life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD 2-5 years of relevant post- study professional experience will be considered .
- 3-5 years of full-time professional experience
- Strong Excel/MS Suite skills; quantitative/statistical background is a plus
- High motivation good work ethic maturity and personal initiative
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Empathy adaptability and high personal impact
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
- Aptitude for and enjoyment of team leadership
- Fluency in English
