What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics group will...

Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our client s business problems

Assist in structuring and conducting market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and desk research to derive insights and support client decision making including primary research with HCPs and patients interviews focus groups surveys and AI-enabled research approaches

Design custom analyses using tools like Excel Access Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
Manage components of end-to-end research execution including screeners discussion guides fieldwork oversight and synthesis of findings into clear story-driven presentations

Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations

Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects

Support management of program plans conduct regular client status updates and assist with risk and issue mitigation to ensure project timelines and goals are met
Work across pre-launch engagements (segmentation demand forecasting campaign strategy KPI baseline) and post-launch engagements to support full product lifecycle decision-making

Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities

M entor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams

What you'll bring

PhD Masters or bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business economics marketing psychology life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD 2-5 years of relevant post- study professional experience will be considered .
3-5 years of full-time professional experience
Strong Excel/MS Suite skills; quantitative/statistical background is a plus

High motivation good work ethic maturity and personal initiative

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
