Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager at Webstacks is a pivotal role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our high-value enterprise clients. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, work towards achieving revenue targets, and deliver on client needs by collaborating with our technical teams to provide top-notch web solutions. You aim to ensure client satisfaction and retention and identify opportunities to increase revenue through strategic account management and excellent service delivery.

High-Level Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Growth on your team to contribute to the broader strategic direction across the team, including creating case studies and sharing internal knowledge.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor.
- Lead the strategy process on client projects with the team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for each account to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Navigate the balance of user needs, client goals and the requirements of the team throughout a project.
- Present approaches and recommendations in a compelling way to our teams and clients
- Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder and consumer interviews
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within the existing client base.
- Work closely with the technical, design, and project management teams to ensure client deliverables align with the contractual commitments and exceed expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client industries, and competitive landscapes to proactively address clients' needs and position the company as a leader in the field.
- Serve as the escalation point for resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Relay client feedback to the product and service development teams for continuous improvement of the offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities to the leadership team, utilizing CRM systems to track client engagement and success metrics.
- Educate clients on new products and services and advocate for their needs within the company to help guide the development of new offerings.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management at an agency within the B2B technology sector, particularly with software, AI, or blockchain companies.
- A strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing strategies, and the ability to grasp and discuss complex technical concepts.
- Success partnering with and presenting to clients, managing their requests and implementing feedback.
- Experience in leading account teams or cross-functional projects to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution, with a keen analytical mind to assess complex situations.
- Advanced relationship-building skills, with a history of establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client partnerships.
