About the role:

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is looking for an experienced Strategy Lead for the QSR vertical (Quick Service Restaurants). This role sits at a critical juncture between our sophisticated software and client success. This is a strategic role for someone who understands the ins and outs of technical data, has great customer relationship-building skills, and matching product capabilities to customers' business needs.

The QSR strategy lead creates, maintains and grows executive level, cross team relationships with QSR clients in order to increase the size, scope and success of the client programThe Strategy Lead must connect across internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to facilitate business value.

Our QSR target customers are some of the biggest in the world. This requires, on top of the above, complex relationship building and meeting the complex requirements of these enterprises.

Overview:

• Global lead for strategic implementation of DY, QSR • Owner of Executive relationships with QSR clients• Oversees Success of DY cross channel performance • Responsible for further embedding DY into new regions and channels

Tasks

• Maintains regular syncs with client executives and stakeholders across QSR clients• Works closely with clients to expand program across channels and regions • Works with product and customers to develop new features and concepts to implement in the QSR space• Serves as a CS resource for Sales to help with the acquisition of new QSR customers

• Monitors Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly performance figures and consults with internal stakeholders and clients on necessary adjustments to drive performance growth • Drives executive relationships and connections for DY across McDonalds regional and global teams • Achieves activation of French and German markets • Acheives activation of integration of DY into Mcdonalds Mobile app (GMA)

Partners with SessionM team help drive joint use cases and activations

KPIs • QSR DY performance (incremental revenue or RPU) • Successful introduction of DY into new regions and channels at McDonalds• Successful implementation of DY into onboarding QSRs

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
