About the Role

Angi is seeking a highly analytical and growth focused Manager to drive strategic & operational initiatives across our fastest growing business line. You will devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions and drive & measure results that will directly impact the growth of the P&L and our expanding user base. In this role, you will work across internal & external teams to solve core business problems that deliver quality to our customers & pros.

What you'll do

• Create and execute on mission critical projects to optimize KPIs and meet business objectives across new geographies and brands
• Test hypotheses quickly to validate your thinking - conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to identify opportunities, own implementation, and measure impact
• Drive changes in process, policy, and product to ensure high satisfaction for all users
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Angi to drive growth, automate processes and increase productivity
• Develop as a future leader of the organization by building a) a deep level of expertise on how best to drive impact, b) develop an ability to work with and manage high performers, and c) become a champion of Angi’s value and culture

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of professional experience in an analytical field such as management consulting, finance or another tech company
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Math, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
• Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude with a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and eye for detail. This role requires the ability to create informative documents and present them to leadership & executives
• Entrepreneurial-minded with the willingness to be hands on and do whatever it takes to ensure success
