What We're Looking For

Join our dynamic team as a Strategy Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. Your expertise in financial modeling market research and strategic thinking will guide our decision-making process. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of our ride-hailing business.

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and create actionable plans.

• Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of existing strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

• Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new initiatives.

• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.

• KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals and targets.

• Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from conception to execution ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.

• Communication: Communicate strategic priorities progress and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments emerging technologies and regulatory changes to guide strategic planning.

Required skills

• Experience: Proven experience in strategic planning business development or management consulting preferably in the technology industry.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling data analysis and market research.

• Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful strategy execution.

• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
