Strategy & Operations Associate

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Strategy & Operations group. This group functions as an internal consulting group and serves as a partner and advisor to the Executive team. We lead mission critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, and execute on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine thought leadership, commercial pragmatism, and analytical rigor with enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”  

In this role you will: 

• Execute initiatives that focus on new projects, process optimization, and customer experience enhancements.
• Lead and implement enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvements.
• Author and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.

You will excel in this role, if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, or other analytical field, with a GPA of 3.2+.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations.
• You have a strong knowledge of business and financal concepts.
• You are driven by outcomes, rather than output.
• You are quick learner and are willing to dive in and get your hands dirty.
• You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including advanced data and spreadsheet skill

What Will Set You Apart

• You have experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a high growth start up.
• You have a proven track record of independently driving cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to implementation, while gaining relevant stakeholder buy-in.
