Our Internship Program

Our Strategy and Operations Manager and SVP of Policy and Impact are looking to hire a summer intern for summer 2024. This is a fully remote opportunity but may be located out of our Santa Monica HQ.

Our internship program goes beyond the ordinary. This 10–12-week paid Summer Internship Program has been developed for law students to gain practical training and hands-on experience that will help them meet their educational goals and prepare them for their professional careers in real estate. When creating our Program, we carefully assessed what made an internship experience meaningful. Our goal is to provide you with a dynamic and engaging in-house learning experience, and the opportunity to develop while having dedicated support around you.

What You'll Do

• Support the Strategy and Operations team in the formulation of corporate strategies and growth initiatives.
• Supports the Senior Vice President of Policy & Impact on special projects
• Prepare insights and materials for planning sessions, briefings, and team meetings. Attend project status update meetings and take notes to track progress and determine deliverables for subsequent meetings.
• Participate in PR and marketing initiatives, including reviewing press releases and other marketing materials.
• Contribute to outreach campaigns to local government and industry partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Education and Experience

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree.
• Applicants must be returning to school following the end of their summer internship.
